the majority of people would say no, and they would think this is some kind of mass shared delusion. however there is a strangely large minority of people who remember these things vividly, and the listed characteristics describe themselves perfectly.
i can imagine there are a few people reading this for the first time, feeling like something deeply buried in their subconscious mind has now been unearthed.

if you search the term "GATE kids" or "Gifted And Talented Education" into 4chan's /x/ archive or bitchute, or reddit for example, you will find dozens of people talking about this and trying to gather as much information as possible on what the heck this was, what the objectives of it were, why we were chosen, and what lies ahead in the future for us. you can also find information under "TAG" or "Talented & Gifted" which was the name of the program in Britain.
if you had a look at the link above to reddit, you'll notice a majority of comments are mentioning a completely different 'Gifted and Talented Education' program, that featured absolutely nothing like what is mentioned in the list at the top of the page. refer to the scoop about reddit being a military psyop if you want to know why those comments are being shown there instead of anywhere else.
but yeah, there are two versions of GATE / TAG. one appears to be related to finding children who have extreme intuition and psychic ability, the other is just a group class for smart students to do more advanced studies in their classes and get special treatment in schools.
some theories as to why this is:
- there needs to be a comprehensible front for a military operation to proceed without public interference
- children were evaluated and sorted into two groups depending on the nature of their responses, separating simply intelligent kids from intuitive and psychic kids
- separation of sociopaths from empaths, so that those who are too empathetic have their future lives stunted in order to prevent any chance of them rising to power and fighting against the govt
- possibly even separated into three groups, the third being children who "passed the tests" (they didnt drink the purple fluoride juice) and are now recruited as intelligence assets
gifted and talented education is still around today, but they are no longer doing the psychic experiments or hearing tests on children and haven't done since around 2008. it is simply just for kids who are learning at a more advanced level than their peers.
